This week’s ABC Book Challenge post is going to be a short post because I struggled thinking of books that start with “I.”

Memorable Reads that Start with “I”
Inkheartand Inkspellby Cornelia Funke: I was introduced to these two books in grade 6 when my teacher started reading Inkheart to the class. A few weeks in, I decided that she was taking too long, so I asked my dad to buy me the book so that I could read it on my own. I ended up devouring it and falling in love with the story and the characters. Unfortunately, by the time Inkdeath came out, I was in high school, and I had forgotten too much of the story to read it. I’m hoping that one day I’ll find the time to read this trilogy again so I can find out how it all ends.
It’s Kind of a Funny Storyby Ned Vizzini: I read this book when I was in High School, and I loved it. It was one of the first books I read that dealt with mental health, and it led me to read many more books that dealt with the subject matter.
