Hello Everyone!
Top 5 Tuesday is a weekly meme created by Bionic Bookworm, and it’s now hosted by Meeghan Reads. If you’re interested in participating, check out their wonderful blog to get the details and the prompts for each week!
This week’s Top 5 Tuesday topic is series I haven’t finished yet, which is a topic I can write a lot about because I’m not the best at finishing series. For this post, I tried to pick unfinished series that I haven’t talked about that much lately, and I hope I can actually finish or catch-up on this year.
The Wedding Date Series by Jasmine Guillory – I talk about this series quite a bit on here, but I haven’t read the last two books yet. The books in this series can be read as standalones, and they’re connected through the characters. So far, the books in this series have been fun reads, and I’m hoping to read Royal Holiday and Party for Two sometime this year.
Love and Gelato Series by Jenna Evans Welch – The third book in this trilogy came out in November of 2020, and even though it was one of my most anticipated releases, I haven’t picked it up yet. This is another series where the books can be read as standalones because they’re connected through common characters. Love & Olives takes place in Greece and based on the description, I’m not sure how it ties into Love & Gelato and Love & Luck. Either way, though, I’m looking forward to reading this book because it’s guaranteed to be a cute story.
Cassidy Blake Series by Victoria Schwab – I read City of Ghosts last year around Halloween, and I thought it was fantastic. Last year, I started to get into middle-grade books, and it was a great decision. I’m hoping to read Tunnel of Bones soon, and I’m looking forward to the third book in this series, Bridge of Souls, which comes out in a few weeks.
Once Upon a Con Series by Ashley Poston – It might be surprising that I haven’t finished reading this series yet because I loved Geekerella and The Princess and the Fangirl. I’ve had Bookish and the Beast sitting unread on my shelf since it came out, but I’m scared to read it because I don’t want to be disappointed. My goal is to fit it into one of the TBR Tackle Challenge prompts this year because I want to finish this series soon.
To All the Boys I Loved Before Series by Jenny Han – I read the first two books of this series when the first movie came out a few years ago, but for some reason, I haven’t picked up Always and Forever, Lara Jean yet. I thought that the first two books in this series were cute, and I think I’m going to reread them at some point before reading the last book in this series.
