January NetGalley Check-In

January Net Galley Check In Banner

Hello Everyone!

One of my 2022 goals is to get my NetGalley ratio up to 80%. To keep myself accountable, I’ve decided that I’m going to do a NetGalley check-in once a month to update how that goal is doing. I got this idea from Danni at _ForBooksSake, who does regular NetGalley check-ins. If you aren’t following Danni, you really should because she is fantastic!

Current Feedback Ratio: 48%

This is actually better than I thought it was. It makes the goal of getting to 80% seem a bit more realistic.

Number of Unread Books: 63

This number is a bit daunting. However, I only read 69 books last year, so it’ll be quite the endeavour to get through all of these books in a reasonable amount of time.

Three Books I Want to Read Next

The Beast and the Bethany: Revenge of the Beast by Jack Meggitt-Phillips – The Write Reads is hosting a blog tour for this fantastic book in a few weeks, and I’m hoping to read it next weekend.

When You Get the Chance by Emma Lord – I loved both Tweet Cute and You Have a Match, so I’m betting that this Broadway-inspired book is going to be amazing.

Lulu and Milagro’s Search for Clarity by Angela Velez – I received this book from Harper Collins Canada after their most recent Frenzy event, and it sounds great. It comes out at the beginning of February, and I’m going to try to read it before it’s released.

Keep an eye out in February for my next check-in to see how things are going!

  1. I had a determined blitz last week and read mainly NetGalley so I’m now back up to 80%. Good luck with getting your rating up there. The problem is resisting the temptation to add more though😀😀
