Hello Everyone!
It’s almost February, which means it’s time for the February reading prompts for the TBR Tackle Challenge!
If you aren’t familiar with the TBR Tackle Challenge, it’s a reading challenge that I co-host with from.TBR.to.READ, theartsy_bookworm88, and hplreads. The goal of the challenge is to read the books that you already own and to “tackle your TBR.” Every month we post five prompts to help you decide what books to read from your TBR. February is a busy month as far as holidays and observances go, and we wanted to acknowledge as many of these holidays and observances as possible with the prompts. We hope you have fun picking out books for them; make sure to show us your TBRs!

Pink Cover
Our colour for the month is pink. We know that pink books can be hard to find, but as long as there is a bit of pink on the cover, you can use it for this prompt!
Favourite Romance Trope
In honour of Valentine’s Day, we decided to have you read a book that contains your favourite romance trope! Are you a fan of enemies-to-lovers? Friends-to-lovers? Grumpy/sunshine? Pick up something with one of those tropes. What makes this prompt even more fun is that you can say that your favourite romance trope is no romance!
Black Author
February is Black History Month, and in honour of this, we want you to read a book written by a Black author.
Reread
On February 2nd, we turn to a marmot to determine when Winter will be over. In honour of the marmots, and the 1993 film starring Bill Murray, we want you to reread a book or revisit a favourite fictional world. If you decide to go the revisiting route, you can pick up the next book in a series that you’ve been meaning to get to.
Female Friendship
The most important holiday in February is Galentine’s Day. In honour of this very important holiday, we want you to read a book featuring female friendship.
