Hello Everyone!
How is everyone doing today? Today I’m bringing you a list of some of my anticipated March releases. I don’t know if I’m actually going to read any or all of these books, but they all sound excellent and maybe I’ll get to them someday. Spoiler alert, this list features a lot of romance titles.
Anne of West Philly: A Modern Graphic Retelling of Anne of Green Gables by Ivy Noelle Weir and Myisha Haynes (March 1, 2022) – Everything about this graphic novel retelling sounds amazing! Anne of Green Gables is an iconic story that I love, and this new spin on it sounds fantastic. I’m also trying to get more into graphic novels this year because I think they’re a great medium for telling stories, so I’m looking forward to reading this at some point.

By Any Other Name by Lauren Kate (March 1, 2022) – This book sounds very bookish and I am a big fan of bookish books. The description of this book promises enemies-to-lovers, one of the best tropes. I also enjoy books where the main character thinks they know exactly what they want but then they meet someone and their previous expectations are thrown out the window. I’m also interested in this book because it’s about a romance author and editor, and I think that sounds like a lot of fun to read.

Dating Dr. Dil by Nisha Sharma (March 15, 2022) – This is the first book in a new series called If Shakespeare was an Auntie, which sounds like a lot of fun. This book is a retelling of Taming of the Shrew, a play that I am not familiar with, but I’m still looking forward to reading this. This book also promises romance and meddling aunties, which are two things that I am a big fan of reading about.

The League of Gentlewomen Witches by India Holton (March 15, 2022) – Have I read the first book in this series? No. Do I plan on buying this book? Absolutely! This book features witches and pirates, which are a lot of fun. The cover of this book is amazing. There’s a teacup on it, sword fighting with a sword and a broom, and I love the dark blue cover. I don’t know when I’m going to get to this book, but I’m looking forward to admiring it sitting on my shelf.

Four Aunties and a Wedding by Jesse Q. Sutanto (March 29, 2022) – This is the book that I’m most excited for on this list. I thought Dial A For Aunties was hilarious and I’m looking forward to seeing what shenanigans the characters get up to in this book. The premise sounds absolutely ridiculous, but I know I’m going to love spending an afternoon with this book, laughing at everything the characters get up to.
