Hello Everyone!
Today is Thursday, which means it’s tag day! Today I’m doing the Book Blogger Memory Challenge Book Tag, which I found over on Kerri’s blog. This tag was created by Laura at Laura’s Book Reviews, though it looks like the link doesn’t work anymore.
I pre-drafted my answers to this tag while I was at work, far away from my bookshelves and later on, I went through to add links and everything else for the books I’m talking about.
Here are the rules for this tag: You have to answer the prompts without using the internet or looking at your bookshelves. Your answers have to all come from memory! Make sure to link to the person who originally tagged you and, once you’re done, you can tag five other people if you’d like.
Here we go!
Name a book written by an author called Michael
This question took me a while to think of something, but eventually, I thought of Jurassic Park by Michael Crichton.
Name a book with a dragon on the cover
This is an easy one! Eragon by Christopher Paolini has a dragon on the cover.
Name a book about a character called George
I almost thought I would have to leave this question blank, but then last night in the shower I thought of Angus, Thongs and Full-Frontal Snogging by Louise Rennison. I have no idea how this book (well movie) came to my mind, but the main character is named Georgia, which is close enough to George.
Name a book written by an author with the surname Smith
This was another difficult one, but I eventually thought of White Teeth by Zadie Smith. I have no idea how I thought of this one because I’m not even sure what this book is about.
Name a book set in Australia
Unfortunately, for this question, I couldn’t come up with anything.
Name a book with the name of a month in the title
This question was a bit easier because Christmasy books exist. We Met In December by Rosie Curtis was the first book that came to mind.
Name a book with a knife on the cover
The first book I thought of for this one was Stalking Jack the Ripper by Kerri Maniscalco. Upon grabbing the Goodreads link for this book, it appears that it actually has a dagger on the cover, but I think a knife and a dagger are similar enough?
Name a book with the word ‘one’ in the title
Me Talk Pretty One Day by David Sedaris is the book that popped into my mind for this one because as I was thinking of answers, I was approved for an ARC of his upcoming book.
Name a book with an eponymous title
I had to google what eponymous means, and I’m still not sure if I understand. However, I think that Daisy Jones and the Six by Taylor Jenkins Reid fits because it’s a book about Daisy Jones and the Six?
Name a book turned into a movie
I’m glad that the last question for this tag was easy, I’m going to go with The Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy by Douglas Adams for this one.

What a fun tag! I really enjoyed reading the prompts and your responses. Truly a memory challenge!
Thank you!
