Hello Everyone!
Welcome to my weekly wrap-up, where I talk about any bookish or life things that happened during the week.
Since my last weekly wrap-up, I finished reading Man Down by James Goodhand. This was for the blog tour hosted by The Write Reads and it was also a NetGalley book. This let me add another $2 to the jar, bringing my total to $10.
In other bookish news, I received a few physical ARCs from Harper Collins this week. I received Café Con Lychee by Emery Lee and Out of the Blue by Jason June. Both of these books sound fantastic and I’m hoping to get to them soon. I also received a digital copy of Debunked by Dito Abbott, which looks like a lot of fun and I’m hoping to have it reviewed by the end of May.
As far as work goes, this week was not very exciting. We have some big things coming up, so I feel like this might be the calm before the next chaotic store.
In other news, my Easter Sunday was nice. It was nice to catch up with extended family, even though it was slightly overwhelming being around that many people. After the family gathering, I went over to a friend’s house and it was very nice sitting and having some wine and talking about life, the universe, and everything for hours and hours.
Weather-wise, it’s been a bit of a rollercoaster this week. On Monday, there was snow and today it’s supposed to hit 30 degrees Celsius. I’m hoping to spend some time outside today, soaking up the warmth and the sunshine.
