Weekly Wrap-Up – 12 June 2022

Weekly Wrap Up Banner

Hello Everyone!

Welcome to my weekly wrap-up, where I talk about any bookish or life things that happened during the week.

Weekly Wrap 1

This was a decent reading week for me. I finished reading With the Fire on High by Elizabeth Acevedo and I enjoyed it. I posted my review of it on Monday and the link is down below. I also read Dating Dr. Dil by Nisha Sharma this week, which was a lot of fun.

I also started reading The Train to Impossible Places by P.G. Bell and Aru Shah and the End of Time by Roshani Chokshi. These are the two books that the Middle-Grade Marvels book club are reading this month. I’m enjoying both of these books so far and I’m looking forward to finding out what happens next.

I also picked up a copy of Lessons in Chemistry by Bonnie Garmus this week, which I’m planning on reading next week.

Weekly Wrap 2

This was another uneventful week.

It was pretty rainy most of the week, which meant I didn’t get very much yard work done during the week.

On Thursday, I went to my friend’s house after work. We spend a few hours together and ordered takeout.

On Friday, I video chatted with my two former roommates from University. We caught up, which was nice. We also watched 10 Things I Hate About You, which was a lot of fun.

Yesterday, I mowed the lawn and did some yard work.
