Weekly Wrap-Up – 4 September 2022

Hello Everyone!

Welcome to my weekly wrap-up, where I talk about any bookish or life things that happened during the week.

Weekly Wrap 1

Since my last weekly wrap-up post, I haven’t finished any books. I started reading The Hidden King by E.G. Radcliff, which is great so far. I’m hoping to finish reading it later today and then diving into my BBNYA 10K extracts.

Even though I didn’t read much this week, it was an exciting week for book mail. My preorders of Carrie Soto is Back by Taylor Jenkins Reid, Amari and the Great Game by B.B. Alston, and The Final Gambit by Jennifer Lynn Barnes arrived.

Weekly Wrap 2

As far as work goes, this was a quiet week, which was nice because the month of September is usually a bit chaotic where I work.

Last night, I went to my cousin’s wedding, which was quite a bit of fun. It was a long day, because the ceremony was at 1:30 and the reception was at 5, but I enjoyed catching up with family members and people watching at the casino. I also learned that I my feet do not like wearing heeled shoes for extended periods of time and I’m hoping to do as much sitting as possible today so they can recover.
