Hello Everyone and Hello October!
I am so glad that October is finally here because I’ve been thinking about my October TBR for months now. I have a lot of witchy and mildly spooky books that I’ve been wanting to read and I’m glad that spooky season is finally here!
The Kiss Curse by Erin Sterling – I absolutely adored The Ex Hex and I’m looking forward to the next installment in the Graves Glen series!
The Very Secret Society of Irregular Witches by Sangu Mandanna – I don’t remember how I stumbled upon this book, but I am looking forward to reading it. It looks like this book features witches and found family, this book also sounds kind of cozy, which makes me even more excited to dive into it.
Tunnel of Bones and Bridge of Souls by Victoria Schwab – I read City of Ghosts last year and this year I’m hoping to finally read the other Cassidy Blake books. I’m really looking forward to reading Tunnel of Bones because I’ve visited the catacombs in Paris before and it was very spooky.
Love on the Brain by Ali Hazelwood – I was supposed to read this book in September, but I didn’t get around to it. If all goes as planned, I’m looking forward to buddy reading this one with Hannah very soon.
The Crooked Sixpence by Jennifer Bell – This is the October book of the month for the Middle-Grade Marvels book club. The Middle-Grade Marvels book club always picks fantastic books, so I’m looking forward to this month’s pick.
Miscellaneous – There are some other witchy books that I’d like to squeeze in this month, but I don’t want to overcommit myself. I also have a few blog tour books that I need to get reading and ideally I’ll start my round three reading for BBNYA this month.
