Hello Everyone!

We’re nearing the end of October, which means it’s time for the November reading prompts for the TBR Tackle Challenge!

If you aren’t familiar with the TBR Tackle Challenge, it’s a reading challenge that I co-host with from.TBR.to.READ, theartsy_bookworm88, and hplreads. The goal of the challenge is to read the books that you already own and to “tackle your TBR.” Every month we post five prompts to help you decide what books to read from your TBR. You can find out more information on Instagram, and if you have any questions, please let me know!

Here are the November prompts!

Fictional Family

Everyone loves a fictional family and this month we want you to read a book featuring one. The fun thing with families is that they can take many different forms, so you can use whatever definition of family you want to for this one.

Borrowed Book

This can be a book that you borrowed from a friend, or if could be a book from a library or a book that you found from a free little library. If you don’t have any borrowed books, you can use this prompt as a freebie.

Another World

Read a book that takes place in a different world. This can be a fictional land far far away, of you could even pick a book that takes place in an alternate version of earth.

Hero Quest

The hero’s quest is a common storyline that pops up a lot. These stories usually involve a hero who goes on an adventure or quest of some sort, succeeds on their adventure or quest, and the whole ordeal changes them. If you aren’t quite sure what to pick for this, pick a book that you think will have some sort of adventure or quest.

New to You Author

Read a book by an author that you haven’t read before! There are so many amazing authors out there and we want you to try someone new this month.

If you have any questions about any of the prompts, let me know! Happy TBR Tackling!
