Hello Everyone!
Welcome to my weekly wrap-up, where I talk about any bookish or life things that happened during the week.
Since my last check-in, I finished reading Checked Out for Murder by Allison Brook. This cozy mystery featured a librarian, a small town, a ghost, and some murders to be solved. I also started reading The Enigma of Room 622 by Jöel Dicker, which is quite good so far.
In other book news, I picked up The American Roommate Experiment by Elena Armas, Meet Me Under the Mistletoe by Jenny Bayliss, and Nothing More to Tell by Karen M. McManus this week.
On Sunday, I spent a few hours with my friend. We ordered takeout from an Italian restaurant and watched some tv.
On Monday, it was Halloween. We had six trick-or-treaters come to the door, which means I have lots of leftover candy.
The rest of the week was fairly uneventful, though work was kind of chaotic.
Last night, we went out for dinner for my Aunt’s birthday.
