Weekly Wrap-Up – 26 December 2022

Hello Everyone!

Welcome to my weekly wrap-up, where I talk about any bookish or life things that happened during the week.

Weekly Wrap 1

It’s been a long time since I’ve done one of these, but I’m trying to get back into my usual blogging routine.

I haven’t been reading very much lately because I’ve been trying to sort out all of the holiday things. Now that Christmas is officially over, I’m hoping to squeeze in a few more books before the end of the year, including Carrie Soto is Back by Taylor Jenkins Reid, Just Like Magic by Sarah Hogle, and possibly another Poirot book.

I was fortunate enough to receive a few books for Christmas. My bookish bestie bought me The Heart Principle by Helen Hoang and I received a copy of My Killer Vacation by Tessa Bailey from my TWR Secret Santa.

Weekly Wrap 2

Life has been fairly chaotic lately and I’m glad that Christmas is officially over so I can start getting back to normal.

Some notable things that have happened since my last weekly wrap up include baking a bunch of cookies with my brother, going to Bright Lights (a fancy Christmas light display) with my boyfriend, wrapping lots of presents, and making some things with my Cricut. We also experienced a fairly brutal cold snap recently and it’s finally starting to return to a more reasonable (but still very cold) temperature.

For Christmas, on Christmas Eve, my boyfriend came over. I made a charcuterie board, and we spent a few hours together. On Christmas Day, I went over to my brother’s house to do gifts and Christmas dinner with the family.

Weekly 4

I’m going to skip this section this week since it’s been a long time since I’ve done one of these posts. Hopefully everything will be back to normal soon and I can start using this section again.
