Hello Everyone!
The Book Blogger Hop was originally created by Crazy-For-Books and is now being hosted by Coffee Addicted Writer. Every Friday, a new question is posted for bloggers to answer during the week. The purpose of the Book Blogger Hop is to give bloggers a chance to follow other blogs, learn about new books, befriend other bloggers, and maybe even receive some new blog followers.
This week’s question is:
Do you post every day on your blog and/or social media?
(submitted by Elizabeth @ Silver’s Reviews)
The short answer to this question is yes.
One of my goals last year was to blog more consistently because posting every day for two weeks and then not posting for an entire month was a bit too inconsistent for my liking. When I set this goal, I wasn’t planning on posting every day, but sometimes the unexpected happened. Thirty-one days in a row turned into 50, which turned into 100, which turned into 200, which turned into 365 days of posting in a row. Since I didn’t know what to do after I hit one full year of posts, I kept blogging every day and this is my 442nd day of posting in a row.
It hasn’t been easy posting every day, and it’s definitely a big commitment. I think one of the main reasons why I’ve been able to post every day is because I have a bit of a posting schedule that I stick to and a handful of weekly posts that I participate in, between reviews, Top 5 Tuesday, WWW Wednesday, book tags, First Line Friday, Book Blogger Hop, and my weekly wrap-up, I find that I have enough content to keep myself busy. It also helps that I have a job where when things are slow, I can do a little bit of pre-drafting of my posts.
As far as my other social media accounts go, they’re very inconsistent. I’m trying to get back into Instagram, but it’s a bit of a struggle. I find that I’ll post a few times and then ignore that account for a month or two. I also want to try to get into posting on Pinterest and hopefully going back to some of my old posts and making graphics for them and putting them on there.

I feel the same about instagram but I am in awe of your daily blog posting. That’s a great achievement

That’s an impressive posting streak, well done! I also don’t use IG that much in terms of posting to the grid. I use it for the ACOTAR memes and finding small bookish businesses. I have no proof of this, but I feel it’s more algorithm driven than Twitter and I just don’t feel like messing with it.
