Hello Everyone!
The Book Blogger Hop was originally created by Crazy-For-Books and is now being hosted by Coffee Addicted Writer. Every Friday, a new question is posted for bloggers to answer during the week. The purpose of the Book Blogger Hop is to give bloggers a chance to follow other blogs, learn about new books, befriend other bloggers, and maybe even receive some new blog followers.
This week’s question is:
What review rating system do you employ?
(submitted by Billy @ Coffee Addicted Writer)
I use a basic star system when I’m rating books. For me, a five star book is a “book hangover” worthy book or the kind of book I can’t stop thinking about. A four star book is a book I really enjoyed, but it’s not quite at the five star level. A three star book is an enjoyable read, but ultimately it’s a bit forgettable. A two star read is a book is a book that I don’t find enjoyable and chances are I struggled to finish it. I’m not quite sure what a one star read is because I tend to DNF books that I really don’t like and I generally do not rate and review books I DNF.
