Weekly Wrap-Up – 16 July 2023

Hello Everyone!

Welcome to my weekly wrap-up, where I talk about any bookish or life things that happened during the week.

I am very happy to announce that I have finally finished reading Six of Crows by Leigh Bardugo! This book took me forever to get through, but I did enjoy it! I’m going to read some other books before diving into Crooked Kingdom though because I need some romance and other fun reading in my life.

I also made some progress with my BBNYA extracts this week. I’ve read about half of my assigned reading and there have been some very good ones so far.

In book buying news, I picked up a copy of The House Keepers by Alex Hay this week.

This has been a busy week for me!

Work was a bit hectic this week, which wasn’t fun.

On Friday, I went to the Humane Society to look at kittens and on Saturday I brought two of them home! One of them is a black kitten and the other is orange and white. They both very cute and very crazy. I’m jealous of their energy and I am so tired.
