WWW Wednesday is a weekly meme hosted by Sam at Taking on a World of Words. Each week, you’re supposed to let your readers know what you’re currently reading, what you recently finished, and what you think you’ll read next.
At the moment, I’m not reading anything. I decided to put Under the Whispering Door by TJ Klune and The Final Gambit by Jennifer Lynn Barnes on hold for a bit. I’m planning on finishing both of them before the year is over, but I realized that I’m not in the mood for them and I haven’t touched them in weeks.
Since my last update, I finished reading The Whistlers in the Dark by Victoria Williamson. I read this middle-grade historical fantasy book for the blog tour hosted by The Write Reads. It was an enjoyable read and if you’re interested, here’s my review of The Whistlers in the Dark.
Up next for me is going to be Mrs. McGinty’s Dead by Agatha Christie. I find that when I need a bit of a reading reset, reaching for a Christie book always helps. After I finish Mrs. McGinty’s Dead, I’ll probably dive into some of the witchy books on my TBR for spooky season.
